How long does matching take?

The matching process can take 24-48 hours. If you request a match on a weekend the matching process will begin the next business day.

How much will my appointment cost?

Appointment costs vary by specialty, location, type and payment. If you are using insurance you can call the customer service group of your insurance provider to confirm your available benefits. Most insurance providers have updated their benefits to include remote visits, which are often referred to as telehealth, video, or virtual visits. These visits are billed the same as in-person visits without the need to be seen in an office. Please verify coverage with your carrier before booking an appointment.

Is there an appointment cancellation policy?

Yes, AppointPal has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please reach out to your provider to cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

Is my information secure?

Yes, our platform is HIPAA compliant and secure. All personal data and communications are password protected and hosted on SSL encrypted servers.

How does matching work?

Matching is based on numerous factors including specialty, location, availability, provider experience ratings and more. After requesting an appointment providers will reach out to you directly.

Do you accept my insurance?

Each provider has discretion over which insurance payers they accept.

How much is an annual membership?

Membership starts at $99 annually. This covers the cost of maintaining the provider network and technology platform used to match you with top providers.

When will I be charged?

You won't be charged for anything until after you book your first appointment.

Do you schedule appointments for me?

The providers you match with will reach out directly to schedule your appointments. Our concierge team is also here to assist along the way.

How many patients am I required to see?

There is no requirement to see patients. It is your decision to accept the patients you receive through AppointPal on an individual basis.

How are rates determined?

Rates vary across specialties. Providers set their own rates for both telemedicine and in-person appointments.

Does AppointPal have a cancellation policy?

Yes, AppointPal has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled inside of 24 hours of a scheduled appointment a cancellation fee can be charged up to the full cost of the appointment.

Is AppointPal HIPAA compliant & secure?

Yes, all personal data and communications are password protected and hosted on SSL encrypted servers.

Appointment matching is determined by hundreds of factors including duration and type of network membership, number of referral partners, overall provider experience ratings, etc.

Do you schedule appointments for me?

No. You'll always remain in complete control of scheduling your own appointments.

If I belong to an MSO/DSO can I belong to AppointPal?

What if my PXI rating declines?

We'll work with you to improve your provider experience rating. A decrease in provider experience ratings will very likely affect the number of matches you receive.

How do I get invited to join AppointPal?

Providers must submit a completed application to join the AppointPal provider network. Your application will contain a code that allows you to RSVP, confirm eligibility, and claim your account. To request an application please visit:
